The deep water marina is as much a luxury resort as any other neighborhood on the island, thanks to individual slip ownership, a Mediterranean-style village and restaurants, shopping (close to Publix, CVS, and other shops), recreational and social activities, on-site maintenance and concierge services. Each vessel must be approved by the Association's Board of Directors prior to entering the marina by submitting a current photo and boat specs.
